Reis & Kirkland, PLLC is a small firm located in downtown Manchester, New Hampshire.  We represent clients who have been seriously injured as a result of medical negligence, and other types of negligent conduct.  We pursue medical negligence cases with the goals of helping our clients discover what went wrong in their care, and holding any negligent health care providers responsible for their errors and omissions.

We represent our clients directly from the outset of a case until its conclusion.  We interview clients, gather and review medical records and bills, interview potential witnesses, consult with experts, research medical literature, file suit, engage in “discovery” (such as interrogatories and depositions), communicate with defense counsel, negotiate with medical lien holders, conduct legal research, prepare documents for filing with the Court, try cases, participate in appeals and more.
